Companion is designed with privacy as a foundational principle, not an afterthought. Every interaction is treated as confidential. Data collected through the platform is used exclusively to improve the quality and relevance of the companion experience for the individuals and facilities we serve.

We do not monetize user data. We do not provide data to third-party advertisers. We do not share personally identifiable information outside of the care environment in which it was generated.

Our infrastructure is built with encryption at rest and in transit, access controls aligned to care facility requirements, and audit trails for accountability.

As Companion grows, our commitment remains the same: data exists to serve the people it belongs to.
